Spring Into Health free informational meeting will be held on Feb 19, 2024 starting at 6:30pm at The Neighborhood Slush. Board Certified Nurse & teacher, Penny Neal, will guide us through what the 8 week weight loss challenge/accountability group, SPRING INTO HEALTH, will be all about.
8 week challenge starts 3/4/24
